Amie from Botanist and Barrel will be on site to talk about their unique approach to cider as we sample through a selection of their offerings.  We’ll be featuring 2 of their more interesting selections on draft.

  • Truth in Red -Cherry Wine made with 100% Montmorency Cherries
  • Botanical Animal – Mixed Cultures from DSSLVR, Persimmons from Hazelwood and a double back barrel from Wooden Robot (started as a rum, then Botanist Cider, then a Wooden Golden Sour, then back to Botanist for this collab) blended with a smoked persimmon and fresh paw paw cider that was also aged in Sauternes and gin barrels.
