Together with our Neighbor, Protagonist Beer, we put a spin on the ancient European tradition of a Farmhouse Ale. Bursting with earthy flavors with notes of honey and spice, this Honey Rye Farmhouse Ale / Saison is everything nice! Brewed with Pilsner, Spelt, Wheat, and Rye Malts; Zupper Saazer, Centennial Hops; Farmhouse Ale Yeast; and other local honey, making for a relatively light mouthfeel and a dry, smooth, spicy finish.
