Collab Beer Release – Ukiyo

Jeremy headed out to Asheville to hang with our friends at Cellarest Beer Project for this super (saison) collab!

Coming in at 7.3%, Ukiyo is a super saison that was fermented and aged in cherrywood with a traditional Belgian saison yeast. Made from a base of Riverbend Malt House pilsner, oats, sunset wheat, spelt and hopped with simcoe and citra in the kettle.

We have a very limited amount available at our LoSo location, so be sure to come out and try some before it’s gone!
