Quaid (6.6% ABV) – Robust Porter that was cold conditioned on our house made spiced pecans.  Aromas and flavors of roasted pecans, cinnamon, clove, and ginger with a roasted malt backbone

Wolfhouse (5.4% ABV) – Classic Hefeweizen with a baby dry hop of all German hops (Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Hallerau Blanc).  Classic aromas and flavors of sweet bananas, clove, and bubblegum with a soft citrus twist.
